- When booking, please choose either the first or last available time slot to help us optimize our schedule. We may reach out to adjust your time if it falls between optimal booking windows.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance are not eligible for a deposit refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur the full service charge.
- Arriving more than 20% late will be considered a late cancellation and will incur the full service charge. Please arrive on time and communicate with your esthetician if you’re running behind.
- We are unable to make exceptions for missed appointments under any circumstances.
