- Book an appointment by choosing your service online.
Members have 2 options for how they’d like to purchase products online. Choose the option depending on if you’d like to use member credits!
- If you’d like to use member credits on your order, text the spa phone (425) 400 5649 your order & a confirmation of your shipping address (Include photos of the products you need or the product title with the size you need).
- If you’d like to save your credits for services or a future purchase, you can purchase your products through our online store
While we hate to see you go, we understand that life happens. If you need to step away from your regimen, here are your options:
To Pause: You must be an active member for at least 1 month. Pauses require a scheduled reinstatement date.
To Cancel: You must be an active member for at least 6 months and provide a 30-day notice.
This membership is a structural investment in yourself. To deter people from signing up just to get one-time deals, you must wait a full year before reinstating a canceled membership. Because of this strict reset period, if you just need a few months off, we highly recommend pausing instead of canceling entirely.
