  • Stop Actives: Pause Retin-A, Retinol, and exfoliating acids (glycolic/salicylic) 3–5 days prior. Even though this is hydrating, the exfoliation step is potent.

  • Botox/Filler: If you plan to get injectables, do them after this facial or wait 2 weeks if you’ve already had them.

  • Men: Shave the night before or the morning of (but not right before) to reduce irritation.

  • Sun Exposure: We cannot treat active sunburn. Please avoid heavy sun immediately before your session.

  • Step 1: Cleanse & Peel: We uncover a new layer of skin with gentle exfoliation and relaxing resurfacing.

  • Step 2: Extract & Hydrate: We remove debris from pores with painless suction and nourish with intense moisturizers.

  • Step 3: The Booster: This is the Deluxe difference. We apply a targeted medical booster (like Growth Factors or Brighteners) specific to your skin goals.

  • Step 4: LED Light: We place a panel of Red (anti-aging) or Blue (acne-fighting) LED lights over your face to push the product deeper and calm the skin.

  • Step 5: Fuse & Protect: We saturate the skin’s surface with antioxidants and peptides to maximize your glow.

  • Immediate Radiance: You will look incredibly hydrated, dewy, and smooth immediately.

  • No Redness: Unlike manual extractions, the vacuum suction leaves very little to no redness.

  • Makeup Ready: You can apply makeup immediately, though we recommend leaving your skin bare to let the serums work.

  • Downtime: Literally Zero. Go straight to dinner, a date, or back to work.

  • Don’t Wash: Try to leave the serums on your face for the rest of the day (or at least 4 hours) to get the full benefit.

  • Sun Protection: Your fresh skin is sensitive to UV. We will apply SPF before you leave; keep it up daily.

  • Resume Routine: You can go back to your normal skincare the next morning. Wait 3 days before restarting strong Retinols.

  • Maintenance: For long-term skin health, we recommend this treatment monthly.

FAQ

100% yes. This is the holy grail of event prep. Because there are no manual extractions (pinching) or aggressive peeling, you walk out with “Glass Skin” immediately. You can apply makeup right away, though your skin will look so good you probably won’t want to.

Not at all. Unlike old-school facials where we squeeze pores by hand (ouch), the HydraFacial uses a vacuum tip. It feels like a cool, wet paintbrush moving over your face. It is painless and surprisingly relaxing.

Think of a booster as a super-concentrated serum shot. During the treatment, we pop a fresh vial into the machine to be infused deep into your skin. We stock various options like CTGF (Connective Tissue Growth Factor) for tightening, Britenol for sun spots, and DermaBuilder for fine lines. We pick the right one for you during the consult.

Generally, yes! However, the standard protocol uses salicylic acid, which some doctors advise against. Just let us know you are pregnant, and we will swap out the exfoliation step for a safe, gentle alternative so you can still get the glow.

Not at all. It is actually excellent for Rosacea. Because the Deluxe includes Red LED Therapy, it actively works to reduce inflammation and calm redness. We can also adjust the vacuum suction strength and the level of the peel to ensure your sensitive skin gets a deep clean without the irritation.
