At Sapien, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you—we do not double-book. We understand that life happens and schedules change, which is why we offer complete flexibility if you adjust your appointment 7+ days in advance. Even if you need to cancel within the 2–6 day window, our priority is to fill your spot rather than charge you; in fact, less than 2% of clients ever pay a fee in this window because we work hard to rebook it. However, because last-minute changes make it impossible for us to offer that time to another patient waiting for care, any cancellation within 48 hours or a No Show represents a lost appointment and will be charged the full service cost.
