The Healing Process

Post Treatment

  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water (8+ glasses/day) for at least 2 days before your appointment. Radiofrequency works by targeting water molecules, so well-hydrated skin gets better results.

     

  • Come Clean: Please arrive with a clean face. Men should shave the night before or morning of to ensure the applicator makes smooth contact.

  • Stop Actives: Pause use of Retin-A, Tretinoin, or heavy exfoliants 3 days prior to avoid sensitivity.

  • Botox/Filler Timing: If you have recently had Botox or fillers, please wait 2 weeks before having this treatment to allow the injectables to settle.

  • The Sensation: This is widely considered our most comfortable treatment. You will feel a gentle, consistent warmth that builds to a “deep heat” sensation, similar to a hot stone massage.

  • The Process: Your provider will massage the device in small circles over the target area (like the cheeks or eyes).

  • Duration: A full face treatment usually takes 30–60 minutes depending on the areas focused on.

  • Relax: Many clients find the rhythmic warming sensation relaxing enough to fall asleep.

  • The “Cinderella Effect”: You may notice an immediate “glow” and tighter feeling right after treatment due to the heat contracting existing collagen fibers.
