This is not a “quick fix” facial. It’s a recalibration. A Treatment Facial enhanced with medical microneedling using SkinPen®—engineered to create controlled microchannels in the skin, triggering a cascade of natural repair.
As the skin responds, it releases growth factors that stimulate collagen and elastin production, improving fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, laxity, uneven tone, and texture irregularities over time. Depths range from 0.1 to 2.5mm, tailored precisely to your skin’s needs.

90 Minutes

6 to 9 treatment series

every 4 weeks

3 to 5 days
Numbing: We use a prescription-strength topical numbing cream. Please arrive 45–60 minutes early to let it take full effect.
Pause Actives: Stop using Retin-A, Retinol, and strong acids (glycolic/salicylic) 3–5 days before your appointment.
Cold Sores: If you have a history of cold sores, the needle trauma can trigger a flare-up. Please start an antiviral medication 24 hours prior.
Sun Exposure: We cannot treat sunburned skin. Avoid heavy UV exposure for 2 weeks prior.

The Sensation: You will feel a vibrating “scratching” sensation. With the numbing cream, it is generally very tolerable, though bony areas (forehead) can be spicy.
The Process: We glide the device over your skin in sections. You may experience some pinpoint bleeding, which is normal and beneficial.
Duration: The active needling time is roughly 30 minutes, but plan for an hour total including numbing.
Finish: We typically finish with a soothing mask or serum to calm the inflammation immediately.

The “Sunburn” Look: You will leave looking bright red, similar to a moderate sunburn. Your face will feel tight and warm for the rest of the day.
Dryness: Over the next 3–5 days, your skin will feel very dry and “sandpaper-like” as the old cells slough off.
Peeling: You might see light flaking, but usually not the heavy sheeting you get with chemical peels.
Downtime: Listed as 3 to 7 days. Most clients are comfortable wearing makeup and returning to normal life by Day 3.

Hands Off: Do not touch your face for at least 4 hours. Your channels are open!
No Makeup: Wait 24 hours before applying makeup. If you must, use clean mineral makeup.
No Sweat: Avoid the gym, sauna, or hot yoga for 48 hours. Sweat + open pores = irritation.
Sun Protection: This is crucial. Your fresh skin has no defense against the sun. Wear SPF 30+ whenever you go outside.
Simple Skincare: Stick to a gentle cleanser and the recommended moisturizer for the first few days. Save your anti-aging serums for next week.

For rejuvention: 4-6 treatments, 4 weeks apart
For acne scarring: 6 treatments, 6 weeks apart
For pigment or Texture: 4-8 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart
For optimal results, a period of effective active treatment products, such as Vitamin A, C or Resveratrol is recommended to allow the skin’s strength to build up.
For minimum needed depths, microneedling treatments are painless. Treatments over 0.25mm deep, may require a topical anesthetic to be applied 15-40 minutes before the procedure. This will ensure a virtually pain free treatment.
Generally no, but you may experience facial redness for 12-72 hours after the treatment. Most people are able to return to normal daily activities immediately after the treatment. Application of a breathable camouflage will seal the skin and cover any redness for an immediate return to work.
It is recommended to wait at least 7 days after filler injections, so that any post treatment bruising from the fillers can settle. It is also possible to have microneedling done several days before having fillers injected. Ask your provider- we cannot dispense medical advice.
